HOW IT WORKS…

Inquiry: Fill out the contact form. This will prompt you to put in information about your project. Please be as specific as possible. Once you submit the contact form, Motus will send you a media kit to give you an idea as to what we can offer you and how we will work together. After that we’ll set up a time to chat for about 15 minutes or so to discuss the project at depth. We’ll discuss your needs, goals and timeline to determine if we will be a good fit. Once the project has been established, you will receive an invoice pricing out the project along with a contract. Once the contract is signed, we’ll be on our way to making you look good!

Exploration: Now for the fun stuff. Once the mundane paperwork is out of the way, we can start having some fun. Depending on the services you’re looking for, you may receive a questionnaire that will help us both move forward and stay on track with the goals we originally discussed. You may also be prompted to put together some images that really speak to you; logos, typography, textures, colors, etc… We’ll walk through this before the design process begins to be sure we’re on the same page.

Design: Depending on the services you’re requesting, we’ll go over initial direction one more time. Once we have determined a path we will roll with the project. You’ll be presented with a couple different options, we’ll work collaboratively to tweak and perfect through the two rounds of allotted revisions. If you feel your project needs further revisions, an additional add on will be added to the invoice.

Finalize: After the revisions are completed, you’ll be sent the final file/s to approve. Once the files are approved and the final payment is received, your files will be packaged and delivered to you. You’re on your way to looking good!
